Her peace of mind knowing her daughter is cared for while she heals is priceless and you can help now. Amiee’s Place needs your help to help Lisa, Action now changes lives forever!
Amiee's Place was founded after losing our beautiful 23 year old daughter, Amiee, to head and neck cancer just after Thanksgiving, 2009. Amiee's Place is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides emergency financial support for young adults battling life threatening illness.
While billions of dollars are raised annually by research foundations, there are few, if any resources available to the people who need help the most, those fighting for their lives. Young adults are the most underserved and financially devastated population when catastrophic illness strikes. They are often still in school, young parents, underinsured and have little savings or financial resources to cover the exorbitant expenses insurance won't cover. They are often unable to work while in treatment and have nowhere to turn. Your tax deductible donation to Amiee's Place goes directly toward supporting members in need.

People would most definitely reach out to help. There are people who do their bit to help society in every possible way they can. For example there are people who donate blood on a regular basis. In fact few days back my friend decided to donate a car so she participated in "donate a car" program.
