Another check and another and another
Give me a second while I try and shake off the cramp I have in my left hand from filling out forms and writing checks.
Since last night, I've been filling out soccer registrations, camp registrations, fall after-school care registrations, medical forms that need to go along with the after-school registrations, and sponsor forms. I'm literally spent.
And speaking of spent, I won't tell you how many checks I've written to go along with all of these forms. I believe I've spent a small fortune.
And since I'm griping, I'll mention that I drove around for 30 minutes trying to find the new MYSA office.
Please somebody make it stop!

Where did they move too? This would have been an unpleasant suprise when I go to drop off registration in a couple weeks!
They are out on Spyres, in the industrial park off of McHenry/Union. They are in the old City Light Limo building. It was nuts, I literally drove around for 20 minutes and everytime I tried to call their line was busy. Thankfully my buddy Karen bailed me out!!
This is just preparing you for the money days of high school, checks for driver's ed, winter formal, yearbooks, senior trip, cap and gown, gas, the latest outfits, cell phone (including texting minutes), student body cards, college applications ... oh the list could go on and on...it never stops!
Apparently saving for retirement and college isn't enough!
