This is a consumer alert who just bought a Toyota later this year or last year. There is a massive recall for the cars because of some defects that been seen in some cars that been out for sale.

So, if you own a later model or new Toyota, and you're wondering if your car is on the Toyota recall list first thing to do is not to panic.  You may not have the gas pedal defect.  What you should do is call your dealer, or failing that, the Toyota recall hotline.  

If you do, you should remove your floor mats and drive to the nearest dealer or qualified mechanic and have the faulty parts replaced.  A payday loans worth for a new pedal will be nothing, next to the costs of a funeral.   It isn't all cars; it's only certain cars that made in a particular factory at particular times, so you may have nothing to worry about.

Being MOM, we often drive for our kids to go to school and picking them up. We also used to drive to market and malls for groceries. We cannot afford to take busses and taxis since it summed almost the same in having a car. But we should also take into consider the safety of having one.
