Did anyone hear the story about a Swiss chef who was trying out a new ingredient in his dishes?
What ingredient you ask? Breastmilk.
The full story is here and no I am not making this up.
When asked where this idea came from, the chef is quoted as saying, "The idea first came to me when I noticed that there were many young mothers in our village, some of them single. I thought to myself: why not make use of their potential?"
Excuse me sir, that "potential" is not meant for you. And what does being single have to do with it?
Unless of course he thinks dads are breastfed too. Which, I suppose is entirely possible since even contemplating this idea seems to indicate he has a disconnect.

I'm with Emily. Sure, it's weird but is it really any worse than drinking milk from a cow? Easy for me to say, as I think milk of any kind - cow, human, cat, soy, whatever - is yucky. But I don't really see the distinction.
People drink milk *from a cow* all the time and never let that bother them, even though driving past the cows on Highway 132 sure ruins that fantasy of hygienic, sterile milk. ;)
I dunno. With all the worries about what's in milk these days (see: China), breast milk might end up being the cleanest milk we have access to...
