Hello, my name is Janie. I’ve been reading the teaser for this site for months now on the back page of my morning paper, and thought I’d give it a shot! My daughter Allison will be turning two next week. I’m blessed to be able to work part time from home (as a farm appraiser) so I get to spend lots of time with her. My husband of nearly 6 years is an almond farmer who works for my family’s operation as well as farms our own leased properties. I grew up in Ripon; he grew up in Livermore. We met in college and settled here, where both of our families are from originally. We currently live in Riverbank. I love to search out fun and/or educational activities for my daughter: she gets bored at home, but isn’t quite ready for me to leave her at preschool! We go to WiggleWorms at the Salida Library, and we’re just starting a KinderMusik program in Ripon. We also love playdates and going to the park. Let me know if you’d like to hang out!
