TB Tests

So I had to get a tb test to volunteer in my son's kindergarten class. Dreading my $30 co-pay at my doctor's office and risking my insurance company refusing to pay for the test ( as they lately have been known to do)....I found out that I could get one for $10 at the Stanislaus County Communicable Disease Control office at 820 Scenic Drive (it's the front building closest to the street). They have appointments on Tuesdays from 8am-4:30pm by appointment only. You can call 558-7700 to schedule yours if you need a test. Keep in mind you'll need to return to the office after taking the test about two days later to get it checked. I'm all about the saving money thing.

I invariably screw it up and forget to get checked three days later, though, and end up repeating the test at my doctor's office for a $20 co-pay. I'll make note of your post in case I mess up again.

time for my husband to get his TB test because he's ridiculously needle-phobic. He admits that it doesn't hurt, but last time I had to go in the nurse's office with him and sit on him. ;)

Loved to read your blog. I would like to suggest you that traffic show most people read blogs on Mondays. So it should encourage blogger to write new write ups over the weekend primarily.

At my kids' school, they have a requirement 6401.1 braindumps for parental participation. That means a lot of TB tests, which they offer on-site, for free, each fall. I invariably screw it up and forget to get checked three days later, though, and end up repeating the test at 156-315.71 braindumps my doctor's office for a $20 co-pay. I'm dreading when it's time for my husband to get his TB test because he's ridiculously needle-phobic. He admits 642-467 braindumps that it doesn't hurt, but last time I had to go in the nurse's office with him and sit on him. ;)
