Family Movie Nights

I was flipping through my summer activity guide The City of Modesto puts out and they are again offering family and teen movie nights. It's a great cheap and easy way to get out of the house with your kids. We usually pop our own popcorn, grab a blanket, pack a cooler and head on down to the park for some fun.  The kids love it and it watching a movie outside is much more fun than sitting your living room.

Here is the schedule:

This is an awesome free thing to do with your kids this summer. I was just at Regal yesterday and they are going to be showing free movies this summer every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10 a.m.  There is limited seating and it is first come first served but it sounds terrific!  Here is the schedule:

June 9-11 - Doogal and Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa

June 16-18 - Kit Kittredge and Star Wars: Clone Wars

June 23-25 - Curious George and Journey to the Center of the Earth

June 30-July 2 - Charlotte's Web and Igor
